Exchanges

Wrong size? We offer a free size exchange within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed and have original tags attached. Email support@plumeandstitch.in with your order number to start an exchange.

Returns & refunds

If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect item, tell us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we'll replace it or issue a full refund. Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after we receive the item.

Cancellations

You can cancel an order any time before it ships by contacting us. Cancelled prepaid orders are refunded in full to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Non-returnable

Items bought on clearance sale or marked "final sale" are not eligible for return, only for exchange.
